I shipped a car from South Carolina to my daughter in the Los Angles, CA area. Cascade provided constant communication throughout the entire process. The transporter that Cascade contracted to pickup and deliver the vehicle was professional, courteous, and informative. He owned his own vehicle, which was clean and looked brand new, even though it was several years old showing pride of ownership. At pickup, he informed my wife what would take place during the transport and upon arrival in LA as well as the expected delivery date. He provided us with his cell number so we could contact him during the process. He gave us an expected deliver date of Tuesday or Wednesday which was 6 - 7 days from the pick up date. All other transport time quotes we received were between 7 - 19 days. He delivered the vehicle on Tuesday which was earlier than we expected since he was delayed in picking up the vehicle in South Carolina by one day.
We are extremely pleased with the entire process and would recommend the services of Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. and Diane Seeley for their efficency and professionalism.
