They picked the car up from a dealership, since I had already left the state. They arranged it completely with the dealership, all I had to do was drop it off. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and delivery was on time. Not just the correct day, but the correct time. When they said they'd be here between noon and one, they were. I'll definitely do business with them again.
