I have shipped my car twice before and have never had such a bad experience. I have also never in my life had someone speak so disrespectfully to me in my life. While the primary contact person, Richard Stelloh, started off professionally with initiative (calling me to provide updates) over time our interactions quickly changed to disrespectful demands (You better...!), dismissive threats (I will have the trucker leave your car!) and angry-toned ultimatums (You either pay more money or not have it delivered it to you!) There were also several times throughout the process where the primary contact person (Richard Stelloh) would call me to find out if I had communicated with the driver as he could not reach him. Since this is a review of the broker service and not the truck driver I will not go into those details. However, I will never use this car shipping service again. Neither will I ever recommend it for future use my others.

Richard 360-975-3356 Richard@Cascadevehicleshipping.com Kimberly@Cascadevehicleshipping.com VP of Operations Myosha, Sorry to hear that you were not happy with the customer service Richard provided. I have looked over all the notes, and he followed every policy and procedure. OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATE: Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays. Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. will not be held responsible for any expense related to a delay (car rental fees, storage fees, accommodation fees, etc.) We cannot control the estimated pick up and delivery date. The carrier was in communication with you, and Richard was simply calling you to check in with you. He didn't want to bother the carrier if the driver was in communication. AS FOR THE CHARGES FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. TRANSPORTING OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND SUBJECT TO APPROVAL FROM THE CARRIER. THE DRIVER CAN CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDS IF THERE ARE PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THE VEHICLE AND IT IS AT YOUR RISK SO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE BEFORE YOUR VEHICLE IS RELEASED BACK TO YOU. YOU TOOK THE RISK, CASCADE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PERSONAL BELONGINGS OR THE DECISION OF THE CARRIER. When the driver arrived your car was packed with personal items including things like books on the floor of the back seat. When you were contacted and told that the driver would not carry your overweight car packed with personal items against the Terms & Conditions of your transport agreement without additional funds, YOU HAD THE DECISION TO MAKE AND YOU CHOSE TO KEEP THE PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THE VEHICLE, RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL FEES PAID TO THE CARRIER NOT CASCADE. Richard based on his notes did everything he was suppose to do. Again we do apologize if the terms were unclear in the shipping process. Your business is always welcome at Cascade Vehicle Shipping
