I have had a pleasant experience with the company, and Malia in particular. She has been very knowledgeable and helpful as my primary contact person with the company. Hold times and promptness have also been quite good, and I am very satisfied with the overall customer service offered by the company. To be sure, my overall customer experience has been great up to this point. With so many car moving service companies offering this specific type of service, it is a very competitive marketplace, which tends to breed questionable ethics and tactics in certain companies. I have seen none of that with Cascade in my experience with them. In fact, I have seen quite the contrary. I hope this is now two hundred characters so I can get my rebate.
