Car was picked within the 10 day time period promised. Car picked up on a Wed. with ETA of Sat. Was actually available for pick up Fri. night but I'd already made arrangements for Sat. that I couldn't change. Shipper stayed the night in a motel and I met him early Sat. morning, I had 3 hour drive to meeting place. Excellent, professional as promised service by auto shipper and Cascade. Diane stayed in contact throughout the process, she probably called 5 times to advise what was happening. Much appreciated. Not the cheapest but good price and great value considering the service.
