I was trying to get a vehicle shipped from Oregon to Wisconsin, which is normally a low traveled route by drivers. Other brokers offered to put my vehicle "up on the national board" and then wait to see if a driver would surface over time who would be willing to pick up and deliver the vehicle (this is the standard practice of listing a vehicle and then waiting for a driver to select and agree to take your vehicle). Damon, at Cascade, went a step further to call a driver he knew that has driven that route in the past, even before I had agreed to go through Cascade. Damon called me to tell me he had found a driver who was willing to pick the vehicle up in only 3 days. Other brokers had no idea as to if or when my vehicle would be picked up if listed on the board. Truly great customer service by Damon, before he even had my business, and his contact continued throughout the delivery of the vehicle.

I would strongly recommend Damon for going the extra mile, for being courteous, knowledgeable and honest throughout the process. Thanks Damon!
