So I hit a bit of a snag with Cascade at first because I was trying to ship my car by a certain date and no driver could be found until after that date. It caused some headaches as this was the only time I've ever tried transporting my car, but eventually a driver was figured out and a date to pick up my car was settled. The driver ended coming a day later than expected (not Casecade or Steve's fault).

The car arrived on time and Steve kept in touch with me along the way. I was called by the driver the day prior to settle on a place to pick up my car. Everything went smooth.

A downside is that my car got scratches on it in transport (again, not Casecade or Steve's fault). Thankfully I noticed the damage before signing off on my car. So now I'm working with Steve to get the car repaired and in original condition.

So, in all, I really had no problems with Steve. He was very helpful. He's also being straight forward with me and is currently helping me get my car fixed up.

In hindsight I would have liked to have placed some material over the hood and roof of my car to protect it from any scratches it got along the way.
