My daughter at the Colorado pickup reported that Mike was the most professional and congenial phone agent she ever encountered. I, as the ultimate recipient of the truck, had my questions answered promptly. He has a marvelous telephone "presence".

National Transportation called me at 17:05 on 10/10/2011 , the promised day of delivery, and said the truck would be delivered in 2 hours. It came at 21:10 from Philadelphia and was carefully removed from the single car trailer.
