I needed to ship an antique auto up to the SF Bay Area, that I had purchased down in Southern California. Kimberly's help was essential to my doing this successfully, as I've never done this before, and I needed her help and guidance. While I had expected that it would be a matter of days before she arranged to have a truck make the pickup, both the seller and I were extremely surprised when we found out that she already had a trucker lined-up only 3 hours after I had first submitted the request. The car was then picked-up shortly after that... all in the same day! Both Kimberly, and the driver himself, were awesome, in that they both kept in constant contact with not only me, but the seller as well, via live telephone updates. We both knew exactly what was going on, when and where the truck would be (and where the car was), at any given time! For a first-time experience, it couldn't have been any better! If you need this kind of service, I highly recommend not only Cascade, but also you should ask for Kimberly, who will take good care of you!
