Customer service was great from Diane, they have done numerous shipments to the Canadian border and were sensitive to the fact that we had to drive 3 hours to get to the delivery point and needed lots of warning. However, the trucking company that they hired to do the move was not as familiar. We were told to be ready for Thursday, but I decided to call on Monday to see where the vehicle was, and was then told to expect the vehicle tomorrow!!! We had to make some hasty changes in plans and juggle some work meetings, but I did fianlly talk to the truck driver and we met him on the Montana side of the Alberta/Montana border, where he had our car unloaded and waiting. Trucker was very nice, but just did not realize the logistics we required to get there. He does now!!
We were fortunate we could juggle our times. if you are shipping to Western Canadian border, I would recommend Cascade, even though we had this little glitch. Just make sure you are calling to check where the car is if you have not heard for a few days.
