Through the Internet I requested a shipping rate to transport my vehicle from California to Florida (6426811). Almost immediately I received a quote from Debbie Fontaine. I was uncertain of my schedule, but knew that I would be needing the service sometime the following month. I told Debbie to contact me in a couple of weeks to confirm a pick up date. She called me within two weeks and told me that "Olympic Transportation" had a truck available the very next day! The driver was scheduled to arrive by noon, but due holiday traffic, had to reschedule for the following morning. Everyone in southern California understands traffic delays, so I had no problem with the slight delay.

The driver showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He completed all paper work involved and gave me a copy. We did a walk around together, confirmed the rate of $997.00, drop off address and contact information, payment information. He even called to let me know his progress along the trip to Florida. My vehicle made it to it's destination five days later in perfect shape, on time and was a very smooth transaction. Debbie called several times to make sure that I had the most current information as to the drivers location, pick-up/drop-off times and payment requests.

I have to mention that my last experience having my vehicle shipped from Florida to California with a different company was a complete nightmare and I was so impressed with Debbie's professionalism and the drivers kindness. I was almost in disbelief that the experience went so well. Moving is always stressful, but Debbie Fontaine and the driver from Olympic Transportation made this part of my relocation stress free. Excellent job Debbie, Thank you.
