This was the second time I used Cascade Vehicle shipping in last 4 years and their customer service is commendable. They are very honest and never hide the current situation. In my case, the truck driver had a bad experience with the last customer and because of that my car delivery was delayed. Cascade's customer representative told me the truth and unlike other shipping companies he did not give me the wrong information that your delivery is still on schedule blah blah..

I will definitely use this company again, but I hope that I will never ever have to ship my car again :)
