was happy with the communication with the contact person and also with the truck driver the only problem i had was the they culdnt find a truck to deliver to me in dickinson which was oringinally to be delivered so i rather asked them to send it to chicago where picke it up and drove back to dickinson. apart from this shortcommings i found everything to be perfect in terms of communication and answering of questions from jeff the contact person.hope to use them next time but this time round hope i get a truck early to dickinson.
