Never having shipped a vehicle before, I had no idea how to get this done. My auto had to go from upstate NY to Hawaii, and be delivered within a reasonable time period about when I planned to arrive. I contacted many shipping companies (easy to do via the internet) and recieved a reasonable quote from Cascade. I began to communicate with Kimberly about the process, costs, timeframes and transfer to Matson for the overseas portion. She was extreemly knowledgable and patient with my many questions. Ultimately i agreed to go forward. I am very impressed with Kimberely's responsiveness and knowledge. She knew exactly what the transfer timeframe constraints were with Matson so my vehicle would arrive within the expected timeframe. Other brokers really had no idea on the Hawaii portion of the transaction.
I highly recommend Cascade, especial;ly if you have the opportunity to work with Kimberly.
