Delivery estimation time no where close to what was promised!

After A LOT of searching on line, I found Cascade to have the best rate for the delivery estimate time of 6-8 days from CA to FL, which is why I chose them. I needed my car as soon as possible. Looooong story short, apparently it is MY fault that I assumed the 6-8 days was a true estimate. When I learned the delivery date would be more like 11 days (just days before the scheduled pick up in CA) I was very irate. I said to my rep at Cascade, Mike, that since he is an agent maybe he should find me another carrier that will offer what he at Cascade promised. His response "Oh, yeah, I can do that for you" Huh? For me? Isn't that your job????

Long, long, LOOOOOONG story short...Mike found another carrier if I was willing to let my car go 5 days earlier and pay more. Well, NO! That's not really helping because either way I am still having to pay for a rental while waiting on my car. Thanks, Cascade - you're rates seem good until you get into the details of customer service and delivering on your promises. You had no problem taking my $175 deposit the day I called you though, huh? And for that, here is your crappy review. Beware..they may promise one thing, but don't count on it. Their mistakes/bad customer service is now going to cost me an extra $200-$300 in car rentals. Thanks, Cascade!

Mike@Cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898 Brooke, My name is Kimberly I am the VP of Operations here at Cascade. I am completely blown away by this review you have left for Mike. You set up your order on the 10th, we had a carrier assigned for you on the 17th with a ESTIMATED pick up date in the 2 DAYS that you are stating the vehicle has to be picked up in. Our terms state that it takes 1-10 business days to find a carrier which we are clearly in. We have that carrier lined up with an ESTIMATED date of delivery in 11 days. NORMAL transit time is 7-10 coast to coast. DOT has rules the carriers have to follow. The drivers do what they can to get there before your estimated date of delivery, but they cannot guarantee anything! Mike along with everyone in this office does not guarantee anything as we DO NOT control the trucks schedule, which is why they give us ESTIMATES! Please see our terms and conditions if you are confused about them, I will be happy to explain them to you if you want to speak with me on the phone. Your vehicle has yet to be picked up, we have not collected a penny from you, we hit your two day window WITHOUT charging you the expedited fee for a 2 day window. I do not understand what the problem is. Your company is paying for this so for you to say you are out extra days on a rental car means your company is out not you. WE DID NOT PROMISE ANYTHING. Again I am blown away by what you have to say, and with the work that I have seen Mike put into this order. I do not agree with this review at all.
