Original quote was $638, ending up being $995. Reason given for overage was, storms in the south, Tallahasse,FL and Green Bay, WI were on the oppisite ends of the earth, computer generated quotes, fuel spike, no one would leave I 75. Disappointing service for a 5 star company. Tom Ostrowski

Tom, we had several conversations as to why the price to the truck company went up. Because there where no trucks going from Tallahassee to Green Bay at that time, it required additional money paid to the truck company to make the trip. I am sorry that you are unhappy but you were kept apprised of the situation during the process and you authorized the final price prior to pickup.
