Jeff was polite and positive. The first transport didn't work out and he was unavailable for several days but female coworker was very polite and tried to be helpful. After several tries, jeff called with the transport that worked out nicely. I drove to the nearest town and met the truck. The driver worked for several hours in the middle of a busy road, moving his load around. My son reported the car arrived in good condition in LA 5 days later. thank you
