I ordered to move my car from Maine to Colorado. Rebecca told me this is very common route, she has not doubt they will find somebody to move my care easily. Next week, worried that I do not hear from them, I called to increase the price. Rebecca told me that now, with higher price, they will find somebody easily. Next day I called them again. Suddenly, after 8 days of waiting, they told me this is a tough task, to move a car from Maine, and they have no idea, when they will find somebody to move my car.
The best thing they could do for me is to cancel my order. Now, I have to start the search for a mover all over again.
They are either unprofessional, or crooked.
