Overall it was a good experience. I had to ship my son's car to a destination that I had never been before and that my son had just arrived at. The car was shipped to a cousin of his room mate who lived in the destination city. All of the stress came from making sure that there was somebody to receive the car on the other end of the delivery. The pick up of the car was planned in advance and the carrier was there when he said he would be. My only complaint was that although we were given a three day window for delivery, the call to notify the receiver of the actual delivery time came only 20 minutes before the car was delivered. Thankfully, a contingency was made in advance to receive the car within a 3 day window so the delivery came off without a hitch.
