On the 20th of July the lady from Cascade Vehicle Shipping Co. called me to inform
me that the price would be $ 800.00 for which she already had sent a new bill for
over the website.

However, I told her that Mr. Newell and I had already agreed upon $ 700.00 for which
I had a written statement. Finally, she listened to me and confirmed it
over the website.

The whole problem was due to Mr. Newells vacation that week, and his secretary said
she did not know about it. This would not have been a problem if I could have talked to
Mr. Newell directly.

Otherwise I am really happy about the service rendered.
