Although there was a glitch with the actual transport company (keys not delivered w/ vehicle) it was out of Cascade's control. Stacey was courteous and professional. During the entire process she kept in constant contact and updated us throughout the process and was the direct liason between myself and the transport company. It was my first time utilizing a transport company and I was a bit anxious and Stacey kept me reassured through her knowledge and professional manner. I had a very tight timeline and Stacey was able to keep within the time frame and helped greatly with relatively short notice. If only you could find this sort of customer service with all service oriented companies. I truly appreciate Stacey's professionalism.
