This is the third time I have worked with Damon to ship a car with Cascade. Damon is the best! When I emailed him he was immediately responsive to my requests. The first quote from a previous shipper was high so I asked if we could wait a little to see if the price might come down. Damon decided we should put it up on the board to see what would happen and literally within minutes someone picked it up for the price I was interested in paying. The car was picked up two days later. The driver picked the car up exactly when he said he would. The car was delivered the day after the driver thought he would be there. Every time I have worked with Damon he has been extremely professional, knowledgable and thorough with the process from start to finish. He checks up on every step to make sure everything that was promised was proceeding smoothly. I would highly recommend Damon at Cascade, as all of my experiences have been excellent.

What a unique industry this is... each time you have shipped with me we have had a different experience. It just goes to show that all though we were shipping the same vehicle to and from the same location that there are no guarantees on price, time it takes to sign a truck, or delivery dates. Thanks again for all your business and I will expect your call again next summer.
