When i was looking for a shipping company to ship my car from Seattle to florida, I was apprehensive. During my internet search, I was horrified to read about all those experiences of other clients with cheaters, over-charging companies and above all the bad experiences of the tranporting truckers.

Although there are other 5 star shipping companies available, but I am so glad I ended up shipping my car with Cascade Vehicle shipping. Rebecca Ruppel was very knowledgable with what she was saying. I felt comfortable talking to her. She even took little hit to compensate for some extra buck asked by the trucker. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. My car got picked up 1 day ahead of scheduled pick-up window, got delivered 2 days ahead of expected day of delivery. The trucking company (United Tranport) as well as Rebecca kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. The truck driver, Tim, used to update me regarding the progress, as and when, i called on his cell phone. He was such a happy personality, very accomodating. God bless him.

My advice will be to stick with 5 star shipping company, even if it cost 100 bucks more.
I will certainly look forward to use this company again in future. In fact, i already recommended my friend to use this company for his SUV.
