Damon Luckey and Cascade Vehicle Shipping embodied everything you would want from a vehicle shipping service, bar-none. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Atlanta, Georgia and as you could imagine, the stress and costs of relocation were excruciatingly high, without including school tuition. Yet, Mr. Luckey eased my pain of transport a great deal. When he and I spoke before, I mentioned the biggest quality that he had was his hospitality and, of-course, competitively low pricing. I have never met a customer service representative that cared so much for their client. I felt as though I had Mr. Luckey at my fingertips twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. As a car owner, this is something that you would definitely look for in a shipping company, yet was very difficult to find in my comparisons of other vehicle shipping companies.

I could only imagine the amount of Mr. Luckey was preoccupied with during this high traveling season that just passed, but still took my personal comfort and financial situation very seriously. No other person from any other company was this thoughtful. While the experience was very positive, I do feel that there were some slight areas for improvement. There was a slight separate issue with the trucking company, that wass mutually exclusive from the service received from Mr. Luckey. When I brought it to his attention, Mr. Luckey went above and beyond to ensure that the situation was resolved, post-haste and in due course.

I could go on and on about Mr. Luckey and his superb representation of Cascade Vehicle Shipping, yet I feel I may exhaust the maximum amount of characters permitted by this communication box. If there is anything the company can do to increase his base pay or company position, I would highly recommend the human resources department consider so. I am sure they are well aware of how much he is a valuable asset to their establishment. He is truly a leader and a visionary for the company.
