To anyone new - It helps to do a little homework before beginning this process just so you understand how this system works. Everyone I dealt with - Rebecca, the Dispatcher from the actual trucking company, and the Driver were all great to work with. Rebecca takes her job very seriously and follows up on every detail. She continually checked in to see how things were going and/or to provide me with updates. She also advocates for her customer. For example. when the truck driver wasn't certain about my location and asked if I could meet him elsewhere, Rebecca insisted that I find a location that was more convenient for me. So I found a church parking lot within 2 miles of my house. Everything went smoothly.
