Cascade Vehicle Shipping did a fantastic job in transporting my car from Hawaii to Colorado, and much of the credit goes to Nicole Hancock. She was straight forward in estimating costs and payment dates, prompt in replying to emailed questions, and provided very clear instructions on what I needed to do and when. On the day I delivered my car to the Matson Navigation Co. for shipping to California, Nicole called me and Matson to make sure everything went smoothly. It was reassuring for me to talk to her because I had never gone through any comparable experience.

After arriving in Colorado, I sorely missed my car and was surprised to hear from Nicole that my car would be arriving much earlier than expected. She sounded almost as ecstatic as I felt. My car arrived on the date scheduled for delivery and in wonderful condition.

Nicole gave Cascade a warm, friendly, and efficient human touch, and I'm so glad I had a chance to know her.

I really enjoyed working with you and am very excited we were able to get your vehicle moving so fast, I have to tell you even I was surprised at how quickly both the ship and the truck got your vehicle to you...we were a week ahead of schedule!!
