I don't know at first if I'm calling the right agent or company to ship my sisters car ,it is my 1st time doing this car shipment. I'm greatful that I called the right agent. Rebecca help me to get the bid that they 1st quote me last june. It is supposed to be $800 but they called me up & said that the truck wants it to be $900. It is $100 more than I expected, that's the only thing but over all, they've been very good when it comes to customer service. The car is dirty when we got it, maybe because it was an open truck so there's lots of bugs & dusty. Rebecca has been very helpful & very professional. The price is good. The time frame of pick-up & delivery is exactly 1 week from Texas to Washington. I would definitely recommend & use this company again.
