I've never needed transport service and was unsure of all that it involved, so I did some searching and got the feel for the requirements. Put in the WEB request and was promptly flooded with folks wanting to provide the service. I then spent the hours looking up reviews and chopped the list down to 5. On to the phone calls and I had the mind set of this being an interview and stated what I needed and what I know and made a point to ask them to clairfy or expand on what else I would need and what the process is. Process is process and it's all the same. I didn't want a sales pitch as I had already had made my choices and was now looking for someone I wanted to deal with. Damon was #3 on the list and I was immediatly pleased with the fact that he actually listened to me and didn't waste my time with how good he was but went right into what he would do for me and the process we would go through. Called the other 2 and then chose the top 2 to call back. Honstly, the 2 were very equal except Damon remembered me,,, it does make a difference. Moving on,, Did the deposit, which is the only money the Company makes, and waited on a driver to respond. Once he did respond, Damon kept me updated on the negotation that was taking place between he and the driver, and we settled on the final price and I now have a classic in my driveway.

If there is anything I can pass to you as the reader it's this.... The driver will not haul your car at a loss, so the low ball offers have little validity

One key point is the Deposit, where no money is taken until the vehicle is picked up. You never want to pay anyone upfront in this industry.
