Impressive and professional customer service from Stephanie. We were kept in the loop every step of the way from pick up to delivery. We had an unusual situation where the vehicle had to be returned to the departure point while en-route to Hawaii. Stephanie worked out a special package with the shipping company that was both affordable and stress free. I highly recommend using Cascade if you are looking for professional and worry-free vehicle transport services.
