My first experience in shipping a vehicle with Stephanie at Cascade Vehicle Shipping was excellent! On my first call, Stephanie was very patient in answering all 500 of my questions. She didn't use any pressure tactics to earn my business - she was just very upfront and honest in telling me about all the details of how the shipping process works. She made everything very easy and pleasant for me despite my initial apprehension with having my "precious cargo" shipped.

Once I decided to proceed ahead with Cascade (after reading many of these reviews), I was again surprised and pleased with how smooth the entire process was to arrange for shipment. On the first day the vehicle was available for pickup, I received a call from Cascade indicating the car would be picked up the very next day. Four days later it arrived in perfect condition. The quoted price was exactly the same as the actual price I paid and payment was only charged at the time of vehicle pickup with no down-payment required.

Though it's not likely that I'll need to ship another vehicle anytime soon, if I do I won't hesitate to call on Cascade for the job.
