Vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on December 15, 2012. Was to arrive in Florida on December 19th. No arrival by the 20th. Called to check on status and vehicle was never picked up even though they show a bill of lading emailed to me. Have to start all over again and now with a holiday involved in the dates. Very dissapointed.

Rebecca@cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898. Dear Don, I truly do apologize that this mistake occurred,we just recently switched over to new operating system and unfortunately we ran into a few problems, which we have had IT fix. I feel terrible for this mistake and I wish you would have given me the opportunity to fix the mistake to your satisfaction. I take pride in providing five star customer service to all my customers!
