We had the occasion to move our son's car from Orlando to Los Angeles. Knowing nothing about how to do this, we stumbled on this website and did a filtered search for five star rated brokers, selected three, and read all of the comments that were less than five stars. Cascade had good ratings, but more importantly, they appeared to take ownership of the less than positive comments as well.

In our case, although the original carrier arranged by Cascade fell through, Cascade was responsive and scrambled to arrange another carrier in fairly short order at the committed price. The driver for the replacement carrier was exceptionally courteous (to both our in-laws on the origination end and to us on the destination end), he delivered the vehicle promptly, and it was in fine condition. Cascade's primary contact (Damon) was professional and responsive, and welcoming of feedback. Bottom line, although there were some hiccups along the way, we would most definitely use this broker and carrier again, as they handled unexpected challenges proactively.

Sometimes carriers do back out and that is one reason why we do not take any money from our customers until the vehicle is loaded onto the truck. This was a unique situation though, and I appreciate your patience as we were able to locate another truck for you rather quickly and keep you from any delay's on your delivery.
