This company/Rebecca Ruppel was very helpful and was there every step of the way making sure I knew what was going on. The truck company was late with pick up and drop off only because of weather conditions nothing to do with this company. I would use Cascade shipping if needed in the future. Rebecca Ruppel worked hard to find the best deal within the time frame, I was very pleased and happy to work with her. Best customer service and care I have had in awhile.
