Cascade rescued me from a bad transport situation with another company. The other company was clearly not proactively working my transport nor were they consistently keeping me apprised of its progress.
A good friend of mine had used Cascade and recommended them to me. On the first call... I knew she was right and my vehicle would move soon.
And it did... Vehicle was picked up early / quickly and delivered before the target date. Cascade was more than available for any questions or issues I had along the way.... some companies convey effectiveness and timeliness in how the do their operations... and Cascade was this company.
