I did go back through my reviews to find that its been over a year since I have received a review this low. I provide the service that my customers allow me to, and you forced me to keep the price low after I had told you that the price was not going to work. Some routes are tougher than others, and as soon as I realized what we were up against I let you know. It is no ones fault but your own for not listening to my advice. Once you allowed me to do my job we were able to find a truck for you rather quickly and I stayed with you following up daily till the carrier delivered. You told me yourself that our quote was right there with everyone else, so I know that I did not give you a low ball quote. Unfortunately we have to move vehicles on some less desirable routes and the trucks want more money for this. The only reason it took so long to get your vehicle moved was that you did not trust me. I know that you could not have been given any better service from anyone else in this industry.
