I had talked to Kathryne Winters several times before making up my mind with questions. I had placed a call
into a another transport company, but they did not return my call after 4 hours and on my second
call I received the same message on their direct line as well as their toll free number "We are on the line. please leave your name and number we will call you back". I had enough and called Kathryne back. All the 3 employee's I talked to they were all knowledgeable and very helpful. I have never sent a car by transport and she walked me through the steps and where to look for reviews and helpful hints and if I ever ship a vehicle again I will use Casade . The bonus to all of this is after my
phone call to set up the service they called back within 2 hours with a carrier for my son's car. Again thank you Kathryn and your fellow employees.
