Jeff, I am very sorry you feel you didnt receive quality service from Cascade. Unfortunately we were not notified of any damage to your vehicle from you until 1 month after it was delivered. Once we were notified we immediately took action to help you resolve your claim. That was the last conversation anyone in Cascade has had with you. With no further contact from you or the insurance company we can only assume all went well and your claim had been paid out to you from the carriers insurance. Had we known this did not take place you can be assured we would have taken action on your behalf. I am very sorry your experience with the INSURANCE company was less than desirable and I wish we would have been given the chance to help guide you into a more manageable experience.
