Damon was accommodating. The only part that was a little bit less than satisfactory was the particular carrier used by Cascade. I received a couple calls throughout the intended day of the drop off from the driver informing me that the drop off will be a couple hours late, then it would be a couple hours late again until finally the car was dropped off at around 1am. Overall, it could have been worse, it was alright.

DAMON LUCKEY 360-853-2807, damon@cascadevehicleshipping.com. Chris, thank you for submitting the review. I appreciate your honesty, and wish that scheduling in this industry was better. I am glad that the carrier kept in contact with you to let you know that he was behind. The problem with this industry is that its hard for a truck to commit to a certain time frame because the delivery's that are taking place before you directly affect when your delivery takes place. The driver in this case must have had a couple delays with delivery's that happened earlier in the day and the result was that your vehicle could not be delivered until later. Sorry that things went the way that they did, many times the scheduling works out quite well.
