DAMON LUCKEY 360-853-2807, damon@cascadevehicleshipping.com. Chris, thank you for submitting the review. I appreciate your honesty, and wish that scheduling in this industry was better. I am glad that the carrier kept in contact with you to let you know that he was behind. The problem with this industry is that its hard for a truck to commit to a certain time frame because the delivery's that are taking place before you directly affect when your delivery takes place. The driver in this case must have had a couple delays with delivery's that happened earlier in the day and the result was that your vehicle could not be delivered until later. Sorry that things went the way that they did, many times the scheduling works out quite well.
