Mailia from the beginning to the end of my experience shipping my car from texas to CT. was a worry free experience. She kept tabs on the truck where is was and when it would arrive near my house. When I called her if she did not answer, I got a prompt call back. Then she gave me the truck drivers cell to contact him when he was near. I was worried the truck maybe could not get down our country street with overhanging tress...But that was no problem the truck pulled up outside the house on the exact day it was supposed to arrive,The car was damage free and looked great..i would use cascade again for sure.
