I was very pleased with my experience. My quote was upheld in the final price and my customer service rep (Terry) was responsive and courteous. Cascade had good reviews and a competitive price before I chose them and I wasn't disappointed. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition, and the driver kept in contact with me during the trip. He even arranged to meet me in a convenient location in Boston (not an easy task with a big truck in this city) so that I could pick up my vehicle without needing a ride from others. I couldn't have done a better job or chosen a better company. Thanks!
