The service I received was very good. The person I spoke to was very attentive to my questions and needs for transportation. It was also a great advantage that I was constantly working with the same person throughout the process making it easier to ask questions or just inquire about the status of the car. The only difficult I had was with the driver who spoke with an European accent. This made some of our communication a little challenging but nothing disruptive. I only mention this so you are aware of the circumstances and are not surprised. This will help you better handle the situation. Once I meet the delivery person, he was awfully helpful and easier to understand in person. What I liked most about the service was the prompt pick up and delivery of the vehicle. I was very impressed considering the complexity of their operation. The punctuality made a world of difference as I was relocation to a different state. In addition to the great service, the price was very competitive and reasonable. I was moving from CA to MI. The only thing that would have made things easier is being able to pay for the whole shipping cost with a credit card. Unfortunately, the drivers only take cash. Aside from not being to earn points using a credit card, it is not comfortable carrying that amount of cash in hand. It is also another thing to think about. A more ideal situation would be a charge to a credit card once the delivery was made. These small details aside, I had a great experience with Cascade and felt confident during the whole process. I genuinely felt great care was being taken when dealing with my car.
