These folks worked hard to get my vehicle out of Palm Springs. offered an incentive to the driver to go out of his way to pick up. I got timely updates and a a follow up after the driver picked up the vehicle.
The driver was courteous, on-time and extremely careful with the car, placing it where I has asked it be on the carrier.
Having the car show up on time without damage deserves a 5 star rating!
