I was mislead by 2 other companies and arrangements to ship my car where never made. After finding out the car had not been scheduled for pick-up at all, I contacted Malia McClain at Cascade. It was the day before my move date and I was frantic.
I called at night and her co-worker remarked that Malia can always figure out something - even at the 11th hour. The next morning, Malia was able to arrange transport for the very next day and I was SO grateful. I had spoken to her originally when taking quotes but chose the company with the cheapest price - with disastrous results! I can recommend Cascade and Malia specifically to anyone and anyone. She was friendly and personable and gave me honest information on the first phone call. Her original price quote was fair, honest and reliable but I didn't realize it at the time. So many companies were giving me so many different prices and barraging me with phone calls. I should have accepted Cascade's quote immediately and gone with a company I could trust. Because Malia had to make my arrangements so last minute, I ended up paying more than the original quote. It was necessary to find a trucker who would pick up the car on one day's notice. But Malia bailed me out and made it happen with only 1 day left before my move date.
The trucker was wonderful, too. He was prompt at our meeting point, friendly and the car arrived in pristine condition. I just can't say enough about what a good experience it turned out to be after Malia's help. This is what actually happened, it was just 2 weeks ago and I am not being compensated for this review. I will be happy to be contacted by anyone seeking confirmation of my experience.

MALIA MCCLAIN 360-853-2806 - Karla......you are SO welcome! I love a challenge and when I am presented with an issue like yours I go in for the kill! LOL! I have been with Cascade for five years and look forward to coming to work every day because I love what I do and am darn good at it. Sorry you had such bad luck with the other brokers who obviously no nothing about this industry. What most people are not told when they are shopping around for quotes is that the brokers cannot make the carriers transport anything, the carriers pick their own freight and just like in your case if a vehicle is not offering enough money the drivers simply will not take it.
