My experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was great, easy and professional. Damon and Kathryne were very helpful in explaining show the car would be shipped. Just a couple of hours after I made my reservation, I received a confirmation that my car had been assigned to a carrier. The driver, Adriane, arrived on time on the scheduled pick up date. He called every couple of days to keep me updated on his ETA in MA. He was hoping to arrive in MA a day early but that didn't work out due to circumstances out of his control. However, the driver did arrive on the original drop off date, 8 days after initial pick up.

My only complaint is that my car was very dirty but it was parked on the bottom, back spot on an open carrier. The brakes made a nasty burning smell when in use first couple of days of driving my car again. I took it to a shop and brakes were fine. Must have been extra dirt and grime from the transportation. I would recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping to other customers needing transportation service. Thanks Damon and team!

Sometimes the vehicles do show up pretty dirty, just like if you were to drive the vehicle that distance it would get dirty in the similar ways.
