I shipped four vehicles. In spite of asking the shipper to place one of the vehicles in the middle of the trailer it was placed at the back of the trailer behind the rear trailer wheels. The bouncing action created $2000 damage. The driver told me that these people would be difficult to deal with and it was true. I got nothing but a run-around in trying to recover the damages. Cascade said they would help with the problem but did nothing.
