I was totally satisfied with the services of Cascade. Malia and Danielle worked with me to accommodate a somewhat tricky time frame. The price ended up being about $100 over what was quoted, but it was worth it to make everything come together for my schedule. My car was picked up on time at the location I requested. The transport driver was very courteous and professional. The car arrived one day later than expected, but it was not an issue for me. The driver had told me he'd call the day before he would deliver and he did that, so I wasn't waiting around for it. Other than being dirty from going all the way from Ohio to California, my car arrived in great condition. I would definitely recommend Cascade and will use them again if I need to transport a vehicle in the future.

Malia tries very hard to make sure all the quotes are quoted accuratley, sometimes it is something we run across mainly due to fuel costs,that the carrier will ask for a bit more money. Other then the increase in price, this was an almost perfect transport! I am glad you feel we provided you with the amazing customer service we are known for!
