Cascade shipping was nice to work with but the carrier that was hired by them was horrible. Auto Star Transport arrived late to pick up the car and caused me to cancel other plans that I had for the day. Everything seemed fine and the date of pick up was set for 10 days. I received a call from the company on day 7 telling me the car was in Orlando and read to be picked up. The problem was I had not made it cross country due to snow and so the company said they would put in storage at $50 a day. I agreed and let them know I would be getting there the next day. The company was supposed to supply the information for payment and never did. I could not get a hold of them and neither could Cascade. Several days went by and finally on day 7 Cascade was able to get Auto Star to email the account information to me. It was incomplete and another week went by before I was able to get the correct information to pay them. I wired the money as soon as I received the information costing me additional money and they received it that evening. I could not get a hold of the company to release the location of the car and Cascade was not getting information from them either. Another week passed before Cascade reached them and then they called to let me know they got my money and released the car information. The car was much further from the agreed drop location and when it was picked up had scratched from the towing lights on the trunk and was very dirty. I do not have a problem using Cascade but they need to be more careful with companies the work with in the future.
