After several calls to other vehicle transport companies, I called Cascade. Malia explained to me in detail how the process worked. This was something that the previous companies had not bothered to do. Once I understood the process, I felt much better about shipping my Jeep. Malia and Danielle worked closely with me to get a carrier that met my strict timeline. My entire shipping experience could not have been any better. I chose Cascade because of their honesty, excellent customer service and because they were a local (WA) company. I would use them again and I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle shipping needs. Thanks Cascade!!!
