The service was excellent. When I contacted the cascade in the need to my urgent car shipping, they gave me very carefull with bringing up the truck driver. Luckily I got a call the next day for pickup. Even the truck driver was friendly. Regarding customer service it was excellent, intially I was not contacted by the truck driver but later on when I said to the customer service rep, I got a call automatically after 1hour. The service is what I liked at cascaded very much. The only thing I was bit unhappy is regarding the delivery delayed by 1 day, which is still ok for me as the car has come with no damages. Thats where I was impressed and thought it was ok for the delay. Overally I definetly would recommend for your car shipping. If you look for any undamaged car transport then definetly this would be very usefull and economical. They deserve the money what I paid for my car shipping.
