I figured it would take a little while for them to find a truck from TN to MT. They called after a week and told me they were still looking. Then they called a few days later with a truck, he picked it up, and got it here a couple of days early. Gas prices have jumped dramatically this month (30 cents), so the driver wanted more money, which is totally understandable. Cascade took a little bit of the hit by lowering their fee. The total cost was still right in the range that I figured it was going to cost.They asked if I wanted to wait for a better deal, but the way gas is going up right now I figured things would get worse not better. The truck driver was the nicest guy ever, and my folks felt good about giving him my van, so I wasn't worried about how the trip would go. Bottom line: no stress, no worries, everything went smooth.
